Q. How much is Post and Packaging
A. This is determined when we post it at the Post Office, we will then charge you the cost onto your payment method. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact our store in Marazion, and we will be happy to offer an exchange/refund within 28days of purchase. Item must be as sold. Q. If I want to buy something from St Ives Image, is my credit card number safe?
A. To place your order, you wil need to telephone Marazion, as this store deals with Mail Order. Your credit card will be needed at that stage, and will be stored securely whilst we are processing your order.
Q. If I place an order with St Ives Image will it all be dispatched together or in bits and pieces?
A. Any order that you place with us will be dispatched together, if you are in need of an item before others on the same order then you should separate the order. Only when all items are instock will your order be despatched.
